A massive variety of UofL college students discovered their current internships and co-ops changed to online work. As we continue to grapple with the COVID-19 outbreak, many of these experiences proceed to be both absolutely or partially virtual/remote. That means adjustments need to be made so that college students have a great, significant expertise. But the Graduate Internship Manager for the UofL College of Business, Jennifer Applebee, believes college students and employers can both adapt to make one of the best of the situation. Through micro-internships, students can reveal expertise and discover profession paths.
