In‐depth interviews, focus teams, observations and documentary proof provided the information. Through these interactions, mutual reciprocal relationships had been developed. School community members started to study and perceive each other’s constructive qualities, which in flip promoted additional elements of school connectedness. The key parts and pathways of the health‐promoting college approach had been supported by components similar to casual teaching, reinforcement, adequate time for relationships to develop, and being embedded inside the whole‐college orientation.
