A second committee of experts developed a process for verifying this definition of the function in which a number of steps have been taken. Following the survey, there was a collection of workshops for school getting ready health educators who offered feedback on the defined role from their perspective. The outlined position was also mentioned at skilled meetings for 2 years. Education as a viable intervention for the maintenance of health and the prevention of disease has obtained increasing attention in the last decade. In the United States one issue which has brought education to the fore is the popularity that each particular person and collective behavior contribute to the high rate of persistent illness.
