The UK, Finland and New Zealand assert the perfect of parliamentary sovereignty, whereby the unelected judiciary could not overturn law passed by a democratic legislature. It is the inner ecclesiastical law governing the Catholic Church, the Eastern Orthodox Church, the Oriental Orthodox Churches, and the person national churches inside the Anglican Communion.
